What to Expect in Class

Workouts are combinations of movement, technique, and mindset training. Warm-ups, striking and blocking drills, partner exercises, and confidence-building activities will be involved. Safety comes first; instructors provide very clear directions as well as encourage complete participation on the part of every member of the family — regardless of their experience or age!
