Tigers Class (Ages 4–7)
The Tigers' Class is super active, where little ones learn martial arts in a fun and structured atmosphere. This program mostly focuses on the excitement of drills, age-appropriate challenges, and positive encouragement. The class helps kids burn energy, stay active, and learn positive life skills, all while having a blast!
In this class, students will:
Develop focus and listening skills.
Learn to take directions in a group.
Improved coordination and balance.
Increase self-confidence and teamwork.
Goal: To help children learn to channel their energy into constructive behavior from an early age.
Beginners Class (White, Orange, Yellow Belts)
Our beginner martial artists learn the essential techniques, laying a strong foundation for more advanced skills. In addition to introducing the core principles of Songahm Taekwondo, students also gain exposure to other elements from mixed martial arts classes.
Focus areas:
Foundational kicks, blocks, and strikes
Respect and courtesy in training
First steps in self-defense awareness
Monthly rotating weapons for fun and variety.
Advanced Class (Camo to Recommended Black Belts)
The final class is where technique, precision, and power blend perfectly. An advanced class for students who want to elevate their skills, it combines traditional martial arts with modern techniques found in mixed martial arts classes, including grappling, combinations, and conditioning.
With a focus on:
Perfection of forms and advanced sparring drills
Complex weapon routines and choreography
Focus on control, discipline, and respect
Light sparring and self-defense scenarios

Black Belt Class (1st Degree and Above)
Becoming a black belt is not the end — it's the beginning of a deeper journey in martial arts mastery. These sessions go beyond physical skills and dive into mindset, strategy, and teaching potential.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Classes

Your training will consist of:
Striking with boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai;
