At what age can my child start martial arts classes?

Our kids' martial arts program is for children aged four and above. Each level is taught age-appropriate and made interesting.

Do I have to be in shape for the adult martial arts classes?

Not at all! Our classes accept every fitness form. Martial arts is a way to gain strength and endurance, flexibility, and self-defense skills.

What do I wear for my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes are fine for the first time. Once you enroll, we will go over the uniform options.

Are family classes held together or separately?

It's a family martial art! Parents and children train side by side, fostering teamwork and growth.
